I have really wanted to make more posts lately. The problem is that I have been angry about things going on all over the world. I don’t like to write when I’m angry, at least I don’t like to write non-fiction when I’m angry.
The posts come off as me being self-righteous, or at least that is how I feel they would come across to others.
Humans are sucking at this point in our history. I don’t mean this decade, I mean this week, this month, this year.
Here are a few examples of why we are ALL sucking at this point:
We’re chopping each others heads off.
We’re using chemical weapons on other humans.
More chopping off of other peoples heads.
Riots in the street over people killing other people.
I could go on, but I will stop now.
It is crazy to see all that is going on in our world right now. I decided that writing about the bad is already done for me. Instead I wanted to at least show one piece of good news.
It is about a rich guy who decided teachers needed some help. So he didn’t start a crowd-funded project. He just paid for his convictions out of his own pocket. That guy is Stephen Colbert. That one article made me smile today. I decided it needed a bit more press.
